We are not responsible for time changes or changes to the performers scheduled to appear at any given event
Canceled events are refunded at 100% of the money you paid, shipping included. In order to be refunded, you must return your tickets within 30 days of the date of the event in question.
We guarantee delivery in time for your event. If your tickets are delivered by Fedex, a Fedex tracking number will be emailed to you when your tickets ship. If your tickets are emailed to you, we will call you when the tickets are emailed to let you know the tickets have been sent. All Fedex packages must be delivered to the billing adress on the credit card and must be signed for by the credit card holder. All emailed tickets will require a confirmation email from you letting us know that you have received them. Additionally, you agree that once Fedex has attempted delivery, that we have sucessfully done our job delivering your tickets. You can track your package using the Fedex tracking number we email you at www.Fedex.com or by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
We do not sell tickets at the face value or printed price on the ticket. Our prices are determined by supply and demand and are frequently lower then box office prices. We are happy to look up the face value on any set of tickets you are considering purchasing, on request.

We at TicketAxis take fraud very seriously. All attempts at fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In order to protect our USERs from fraud, we may be required you provide additional proof of identify on any order. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to a signed credit card authorization and/or photocopies of public documents such as a state driver's license or federal passport.
You agrees that any claim arising from use of TicketAxis.com will be governed by the laws of Rhode Island without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User agrees to personal jurisdiction by venue in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island
TicketAxis reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion
